TERMS
50
percent of rental fee down payment is due
at the time of the booking to hold your reservation.
$175 security fee is due 30 days prior
to the event date.
Balance of the rental fee is due 30 days
prior to the event date.
$300 damage deposit is due 30 days
prior to the event date.
Linen fees (if applicable) are due 30 days
prior to the event date.
Contract must be signed, dated, and returned
within 20 days.
DOWN PAYMENT IN NONREFUNDABLE
AND NEEDS TO BE MADE IN ORDER
TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION.
The deposit is applied toward the hall rental fee.
In case of a cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. |
